 Housing Services for Residents Our main Social Service Office is pleased to offer case management services for tenants who reside in Lebanon County Housing Authority owned properties. We work with families in the following neighborhoods around the city and county: Webster Manor, Lafayette Street, Gloninger Meadows (Center Street), Cedar Court, and sites scattered throughout the city on East Cherry, Federal, Weidman, and South 11th Streets. Our caseworkers present counseling. life skills education, service planning/case management, and housing services to our tenants desiring assistance. In addition, our BOOST pre-school, After School Program, Teen Talk, and Summer Recreation Program are terrific, fun, and educational services offered for children and teenagers residing in our neighborhoods.
