Any Lebanon County resident who is homeless or facing homelessness is welcome at the H.A.R.P. office where we will do our best to assist you. Financial assistance is available to those who qualify, as well as case management services where needed. In addition, the H.A.R.P. office coordinates the Second Start program. Finally, the H.A.R.P. office provides community referrals, landlord lists, and housing information to anyone requesting assistance.
