Q:Is the waiting list open?
A: The waiting list for the Section 8 program is currently closed. However, applications are being accepted for the Public Housing and elderly housing programs. Q:How can I complete an application?
A: Applications are available on line or at our rental office. To download an application click on the forms link on the home page. Complete the included four page application form and return to us by mail.

You can also obtain an application by visiting our rental office located at Stevens Towers, 930 Willow Street, Lebanon, PA. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Q:How long is the waiting list?
A: The lenght of the waiting list varies depending on the housing program. Generally the list for our various elderly developments is fairly short. While the waiting time for family dwellings tends to be rather long.
Q:When will the Section 8 waiting list reopen?
A: We anticipate opening the Section 8 waiting list to new applicants in the Spring of 2007. We will post a notice on the home page and in the local newspaper in advance of the opening date. Q:Can I submit an application for housing even if I live outside of Lebanon County?
A: Yes, you do not need to live in Lebanon County to complete an application. However, please be aware that we do give a preference to applicants who either work or live in Lebanon County. Since out of county applicants do not receive that preference, their waiting time for housing assistance may be very long. Q:I currently have a Section 8 voucher in another area and want to transfer to Lebanon County - what do I need to do?
A: You will need to contact the Housing Authority in your area and ask them to send the required documents to Lebanon County. All information concerning Section 8 portability should be sent to:

Lebanon County Housing Authority
Attn: Section 8 Portability
P.O. Box 420
Lebanon, PA 17042

Documents can also be faxed to:
