Bridges/Supported Work Program Both the Bridges and Supported Work programs are designed to enhance participants' self-esteem and aid them in setting and achieving real-life, employment-related goals. The Bridges program serves as just that, a bridge for individuals who are not truly ready to enter existing work-readiness programs. Additionally, the Bridges program facilitates the Supported Work program, also known as Welfare to Work, in conjunction with local Public Assistance office and also accepts referrals from local agencies. For more information, contact the Bridges office at 717-274-8329. |
