CARES RENTAL RELIEF PROGRAM
The Redevelopment Authority, together with the Community Action Partnership (CAP), is administering the CARES Rental Relief Program in Lebanon County. The program is designed to assist households that experienced job loss or a substantial loss of income as a result of the Covid-19 health crisis. CAP will be taking applications by mail and e-mail beginning until September 30th. More information including application materials can be found on the Redevelopment Authority tab of this site (click "CARES Rental Relief Program" under FAQs). All applications and application-related inquiries should be directed to CAP. The Authority is not taking applications nor making eligibility determinations.

Public Housing Annual Plan
The Housing Authority's five year plan for 2020 - 2024 was adopted on April 8, 2020. A copy of the Five Year Plan can be found in the Annual Reports section of this website.
Housing & Redevelopment Authorities Board Meeting Dates 2020
The Lebanon County Redevelopment Authority and the Lebanon County Housing Authority Boards will meet on the following dates: January 8th, February 12th, March 11th, April 8th, May 13th, June 24th, July - No Meeting, August - No Meeting, September 9th, October 14th, November 18th, and December No Meeting. Meetings are held at 1220 Mifflin Street, Lebanon, PA 17046. The Redevelopment meeting begins at 3:00 PM with the Housing Authority meeting following at approximately 3:30 PM.
Lebanon County Stormwater Consortium
The Lebanon County Redevelopment Authority has made the Lebanon County Stormwater Consortium's Regional Joint Pollutant Reduction Plan (PRP) available through an external link because of the file size. Please click here to download the 341MB PDF file.
The Consortium has prepared an addendum to the PRP which can be downloaded by clicking here.
The Consortium's annual meeting will be held at the North Lebanon Township building at 725 Kimmerlings Road and via Zoom at 10am on August 18, 2020. Contact Dan Lyons at dlyons@lcha.com to register for the Zoom option and to obtain the call-in details. Registration is not required to attend in person.
Lebanon County Stormwater Consortium - Governing Body Meeting Dates for 2020
The Governing Body of the Lebanon County Stormwater Consortium will hold its regular monthly meetings on the third Tuesday of each month at 10am at 1220 Mifflin Street, Lebanon, PA 17046. The dates are as follows: January 21, February 18, March 17, April 21, May 19, June 16, July 21, August 18, September 15, October 20, November 17, and December 15. City of Lebanon Land Bank
The Land Bank has cancelled its August meeting and will meet next at 2pm on September 9, 2020.

CDBG-CV (CARES Act) Proposed Funding Plan
There will be a public hearing on the proposed use of County of Lebanon and OBO South Lebanon Township CDBG-CV funding held on Monday, August 10th at 11am via Zoom. Environmental Review Notice
The County of Lebanon will request the release of CDBG and HOME funds for use in the First Time Homebuyer Program and Housing Rehabilitation Program from the PA Department of Community & Economic Development on September 23rd or thereabouts.
